Kirsten Keneipp​
Owner/Licensed Producer
Kirsten began her insurance career nearly 30 years ago with a self-insurance company in Northern California. About 20 years ago, she refined that passion and narrowed her focus to what she loves most: insurance education.
In 2007, Kirsten helped launch Soundpath Health, a locally developed Medicare Advantage plan founded by physicians in Washington State. From day one, she was dedicated to guiding Medicare beneficiaries through what she fondly refers to as the “Medicare Maze.” When Soundpath Health’s membership transitioned to Premera Blue Cross in 2018 (plan year 2019), Kirsten joined the Premera sales team, where she spent six impactful years educating both members and producers—eventually serving as Senior Manager of Sales for the Medicare Market.

In 2024, Kirsten returned to her roots—community-focused service—and founded Sound Insurance Solutions Northwest. Her mission: to educate and empower her neighbors, friends, and fellow Washingtonians with clear, compassionate guidance through their health insurance decisions.

Brandon brings a unique blend of business experience, educational passion, and heartfelt service to Sound Insurance Solutions Northwest. His career began in other facets of the insurance world, but after years spent supporting Kirsten's work and witnessing her deep dedication to Medicare beneficiaries, he felt called to shift his focus. That inspiration led him into the Medicare space, where he now proudly serves alongside her to help clients navigate their options with clarity and confidence.

As a small business owner and educator at heart, Brandon prioritizes listening—taking the time to understand each client's story, needs, and concerns. He’s driven by the belief that insurance decisions should feel empowering, not overwhelming, and he works hard to make the process personal, honest, and easy to understand.
